Q: How do I sell my house fast?

A: It’s simple, filling out the form is an easy way to get the process started. If you’d rather call, text, or just send an email, do that! If your house is a good fit for us, we will schedule a time to come over and do a quick walk through. During this time, we are assessing what repairs your property might need. Based on this, we can usually make you an offer quickly, and if you agree, we sign the contract, take it to a title company to be finalized. When the title company schedules the closing is when you get paid!

Q: Will you buy my house if it needs a lot of work?

A. Yes, we buy houses that need expensive repairs and we buy houses that don’t need a thing. We are open to opportunity, and hope you will be too!

Q: How long does it take to get paid?

A. We know you want the cash, so we try to act fast. Depending on the title company, we might be able to close in a week, but usually it takes 2-3 weeks to get everything in order. We can definitely work around your schedule. We make it easy to sell your house fast.

Q: If you make an offer on my house, do I have to sell it to you?
